“I was setting up an open house event with my company here in St. Louis and the group I was using in the past didn’t seem interested in helping us out.  Stumbled across Grand Rental and very happy I did.  I was lucky enough to connect with Rick on my first call to Grand Rental.  Rick was extremely helpful right from the start.  With this event, we never know how many people will be attending until close to the event. Rick worked with me the entire time, and was very accommodating with my changes to my original order adding more tables and chairs all the way down to the last day.  Everything was delivered and set up on the day promised, and removed in a timely manner as well.  I will be turning to Rick and Grand Rental Station next year without a doubt.  Thanks Rick and Grand Rental for helping us pull off a great event.”

On behalf of Mr. P, Headmaster, thank you for your outstanding service for our Graduation Luncheon and Ceremony last Friday, May 26.

We were extremely happy with the easy process of ordering from you, the pleasant delivery people you sent, and the excellent quality of the products we rented from you.  Everything was perfect – we couldn’t be more pleased.

So often, we forget to say “Thank You” for a job well done, especially when you, Rick and Grand Rental, do it all the time!  But, I do want to let you know how much I appreciate you and your great team for always coming through for me and making me look so good!

Just a quick note to say, Hats Off!  to your staff for delivering an excellent performance for our very important M___ Convention.  The tent was a huge success and I owe that to you.  Thank your for your quick responses to our last minute needs & changes.

Yes, we realize it is your business to supply those in need for the items we solicited from you for our Tent Revival.  However, thank you for being so pleasant and for also having such updated equipment at a reasonable cost!

After several years of using the same company and receiving far less than satisfactory service, I was determined to find another company from which to rent for this year’s party. I simply called a number of rental companies in the yellow pages – some did not have the quantity we needed; others had prices that seemed exorbitant.  So, I settled on Grand Rental, whose prices seemed reasonable, and the gentleman taking my call was courteous. I made a couple of calls after placing the order: asking about other products for rent, keeping 100 chairs an extra day and determining where we were on the delivery schedule.  Never once was I treated with anything but kindness and courtesy – I wish I remembered all the names of the guys I spoke with.  (Rick for sure, and I believe Dave was another.)

I am a firm believer in customer service. It is truly a lost art; so I try to make an effort to applaud and commend the individuals and companies that show exceptional effort in this area.  Please extend my thanks to everyone involved in servicing our account. I will remember you and will document your work in our holiday event file for future needs.
